Who Is Inpatient Treatment Right For?
Residential addiction treatment is designed for individuals who need more support than outpatient programs can provide — including those managing severe substance dependence or co-occurring mental health conditions. At Grata House, clients dealing with developmental trauma, dual diagnosis, or polysubstance use often benefit most from the structure and safety of our inpatient program. If daily life has become unmanageable due to addiction, a residential level of care may be the right starting point.
Therapies Used in Our Residential Program
Grata House integrates holistic treatment modalities alongside evidence-based clinical methods to treat addiction at every level — mental, physical, and emotional. Our approach includes trauma-informed care, individual therapy, group therapy, and clinically supervised care where clinically appropriate. Experiential therapies are also incorporated to support whole-person healing beyond the clinical setting.
Aftercare Planning and Family Integration
Recovery doesn’t end when residential treatment does — and at Grata House, aftercare planning begins from day one of a client’s program. Our family and aftercare integration services help clients maintain their progress and rebuild relationships damaged by addiction. Continued support after discharge is a core part of how we define lasting recovery.
