How We Treat

It’s Grata’s experience and evidence-based, future-forward treatment model that gets our patients out of the addiction cycle and back to producing positive outcomes with their families, relationships, and professional careers. Grata enables individuals to gently ask the question (possibly for the first time) “What am I hoping to get out of my addiction/alcoholism and other unskillful behaviors/dependencies”. It is from this place one has the dignity to identify the REAL REASONS of why they’re asking the question “Is this working?”
